rasdial api in vb

i wanted to know how i could dial the internet by using rasdial api func also i would like to know if there is anyway of providing the username and password automatically thru the program and no user interaction like that happens if terminal window minimized is not checked.

I have been using this code given here. It works fine for me under W9x, but not under Win 2k. The rasdial function is stepped over and nothing happens. Maybe there is some W2k-specific API I'm missing. Help please....
