<csactions> tag

When I did a "View Source" on a particular site, I came across a couple of tags that I was not familiar with.

<csactions>
<csscriptdict>

Can anyone explain what these are for?

Or point me in the direction of a site that explains them?

might be xml tags, as you are able to create your own in xml. but not sure without seeing the page source.
