About certain troubles with MATRIXVB 4.5.

This is my question:

There is a library or .DLL file, that is called MMATRIX.DLL, which appears into MATRIXVB 4.5. This pseudoapplication can be obtained with either MATLAB 6.0. or separated (apart) and it is used to programm on Visual Basic using Matlab (Mathematical laboratory) functions. In my case, graphical function as "plot" or "polar".

I have got both, MATLAB 6.0. and MATRIXVB 4.5. Among the application facilities there is a special one: the posibility of creating a graphic window, that has its own menu. The command is “figure” as it occurs in Matlab. The trouble is the menu and its options are writted in English. Then, the main menu of my application would appear in spanish (as I'm spanish) and the figure menu in English. This is no very coherent.

Does anyone know how to get Matlab 6.0 and/or Matrixvb 4.5. in Spanish, whether it exists? Or rather, how can I change the option’s labels to spanish? On the other hand, I can delete a option into a menu, for example, the “About of...” menu, but, Is there any way to delete certain options into a submenu?

Another question related with MATRIXVB 4.5.:

How to create lines with Matrixvb 4.5. by code? Which is the instruction or command? I do not get it.
