Running Setup.exe (made with PDW) gives error when user chooses novell network locati

I made a setup program for my project with the Package and Deployment wizard.
When the user selects a network location (Novell network) as installation directory, the setup program returns the following error:
Cannot read destination file attributes
After this error the files in that directory are all 0 KB, so they are useless.

The strange thing is that the first installation program I made didn't give any problem, the setup for the next versions (v1.1 to v1.3) of my program got that error.

Does anybody have an idea about how to solve this?

Please don't respond with recommendations for other setup programs, this is not an option at the moment.
