Location and Set-Cookie at same time?

Using Perl on IIS 5:

Can you set the Location: header and the Set-Cookie: header at the same time? The page redirects, but it seems like IE doesn't accept the cookie (no prompt, and I've set it to prompt for cookies). I print the Set-Cookie: header first.
