DBTool installation prerequisites

System software

You will need the following system software installed on your machine before running the DBTool setup program:

• Microsoft Windows NT4, 2000 or XP
• ODBC
• The Sybase and/or SQL Server database drivers

Installed dependencies

The following is required but will be installed if you use the DBTool setup program:

• ADO version 2.7 or higher
• Visual SourceSafe intergration
