Creating sub domain on th fly.

Suppose I have a domain called ILoveVB.com Now I want to make a sub domain called daljeet.ILoveVB.com and this I want to do on the fly(programmatically). How do I do?

You can't, the subdomain needs to be registerd with the DNS servers.
