looking for nonlinear regression code

Hi!

Does anybody know, where I can find VB sourcecode for curve-fitting with several constants to fit, like e.g. Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm?

WIN 2000 Prof. / WIN 98 / WIN 95, IE6.0, Mathematica 4.0
Visual Studio Enterprise 6.0 sp5
