DataGrid(make it work, put in a list or a combox){atencion not dbgrid}

i searching for a way to put a list or a combo box in a column in a datagrid, i find the way but, it doesnt pass the value from the list to the datagrid. the list is connected to a command in the a environment.
and after i remove the focus from the datagrid, it doesn't get focus anymore!!!!
i'm going crazy with this subject...
please help
