Can u please help me in To Store & Retrive a binary file (Text content) in Sql Server database which has a field as Binary Data type.

I need to do both through Visual Basic.

The scenario is as follows :

I am having a field as Binary Type in SQl Server. All the informations are there in a text file. Now I want to store the text file in the database through Visual Basic and also
i want to retrive the information from this file from the database through Visual Basic.

If someone could help me in this it will be great....
