I have an Access 97 database, in which I have a field which stores an embedded Excel worksheet, the worksheet stores a list of file names.

Anyways, a few of these worksheets have converted themselves into Long Binary Data (according to the entry in the table).

Does anyone have an inkling or suspicion as to what could be causing this conversion?
