    I want to use ADO with Visual basic 5.0
    but when i started digging info , i came to know that first i have to install MDAC and DCOM for win 95 etc. etc. ,i can't handle all this right now , so would like to know how to do it step by step . i have installed
    Vb5.0 professional edition (all defaults)
    and will appreciate any help in this regard.

    1) install DCOM98
    2) install MDAC

    all done
