I have just two windows in my visual data manager(ver 6.0). Database window and SQL Statement window. But I can't see edit -window. When I click twice some tablename in database window i get just snapshot window. And there I can't do what I want. Example add or delete records. So do you have any ideas ?

You've probably already done this, but just in case - have you checked, which recordset type is set as default (first three icons on the toolbar)?

I don't know if this is your problem but since I had something that reminded of your problem I'll try to help.
A few days ago while I was trying to make a database-program I discovered that it was impossible to change anything.
When I tried to update it restored it to what it was before I made the changes (in the database) and I didn't know why it keept doing that but I found out that when I unloaded one form and then loaded the next it would work perfectly.
If you add some kind of storing function that stores all options (which boxes that have an x and so on) then it will probably work perfectly.
Hope this has something to do with your problem.
