Pictures In Access

I have a question maybe its stupid? I am trying to create a database program through access and vb and i would like to insert pictures into vb from access, but i cannot figure out how to insert the pictures into access if anyone has any ideas please let me know i could really use the help.... The only thing close to it is hyperlinking the picture but still cant load the picture through the data fields in vb
