    can any one tell me how to open crystal reports for creating reports..please need help badly..thanks

    Make sure you have installed it from the CD. I think its stored under Common/Tools or some directory like that. Then select the Add-Ins menu and report designer. (VB6)

    If have installed crystall from the cd, it is its own program on your start menu. If you want to run it from within the IDE you need to download the report design componet from Seagates site. It will then showup under project->activex designer.
