Winsock Chat program - Help me please (attached)

I have written the code for a 2 way chat program. But It only sends it one way. When I try to send message through the other window, both the windows don't function. !

I have attached the VB Form with this board. I think the problem is some where in the connection. Help me please.

I've changed the code up a bit, seems it was too messy and it would close and open the sock everytime you wanted to send data.

I haven't added a way to connect to another person using this app but you can test how it works with a TELNET window.
Change what you will, and bow down to the holy one.
