    Anyone can tell me how I can send out MIDI messages ( note on and note off) while I'm playng a midi file?

    Cool

    I've written a VB5 Midi Sys-ex I/O program that you could use as an example. Send and Receive Midi I/O using API calls (Callback etc.). No controls.
