1) The gun laws - they seem to actually think that these laws are a GOOD thing. You don't need much intelligence to see why there are so many gun related murders. Americans are under the impression that they are in the 'land of the free'. The word gullible springs to mind. Its all propaganda guys.

By logic, English is the language of England. Therefore, any evolutionary changes that occur in the language are only valid inside England I don't mind people calling it US English, because that shows that it was English, and is close enough not to make too much difference.
Different with dialects, though, because they're English (or maybe British which is fair enough since they'd come into contact with England on a daily basis )...and can do what they want

And yes, this is a bit of a sore point with me (I've posted about this before!)

I think he was talking about the other site. I didn't check that page though.... I don't see how they would get the browser to recognise 'colour' since they're all aimed at Americans. Weird really, since if I remember right the guy who developed HTML was British.

He didn't get the browsers to recognize colour... he didn't use colored text, so there was no need for the 'color' tag..... although he does use the bgcolor property of the body tag..
