does anyone knows how to check a Windows NT logon password in combination with the username, i don't want to get only the username. i want to use this routine in VB, so if someone knows how to do this with C++ perhaps they can make a sort of dll file which i can refer to.
in VB i've made a combobox with username's which can be chosen. when someone chooses an name, they have to give the password which belongs to this username. this password must be the same as when you log on on a MS NT workstation, so i have to check this at the domainserver.
there is an API, but this one only works with Win95 or Win98. it uses the mpr.dll file but in Win NT it doesn't work.
