I would like to modify the existing value of "NLS_LANG" in the registry, which is under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ORACLE, by using API functions. I tried using regsetvalex and getsetval functions but I am unable to do this. can some one send the possible solution.
