What key combination could have caused this to happen?

While I was having a fight with my 2 year kid today, he pressed some key combination on the keyboard that launched my webbrowser looking for the url: http://www.c.com/TEMP.com

This left me wondering what key combination/sequence that might have been?

I know I have a C drive and a folder named TEMP in C drive. That's the only clue I have looking at the url.

It is a secret only two year olds know, and they won't tell unless you let them win the fight.

Did you do a Fatality at the end? I like Sub Zero the most.

yes yes.. he has broken my keyboard drawer, damaged 3 keyboards, 2 mice and the front panel of the monitor. The front panel of my CPU box and the DVD drive are also in a pathetic condition. Number of damaged headphones is highest in the list, which don't last more than a month.
He has really abused me a lot. Will they take my complaint?

No No. This time he got a chance to apply his Sub Zero.

Windows Key+1. http://www.c.com/TEMP.com was the last website you visited, and Firefox is the first pinned shortcut.

Nothing useful there. Only winword, notepad etc. which I commonly type.

Why would anyone ever visit http://www.c.com/TEMP.com?

The C:\TEMP folder was open at that time and some key combination caused it to be interpreted as that url and launched in the default webbrowser.
