I'm quiet new to creating a deployment setup. I have a problem adding launch condition for windows installer 3.1. I don't know what's the ComponentId. Where can I get it?

I have the prerequisites like Windows Installer 3.1 and .Net Framework and in my launch condition only .Net is added so I added Windows Installer. What should I do next? Can't seem to find any good articles about this on the net. It's just that I have a machine that's barely have something installed. Only winXP and I want to install my app and when it does find a prerequisite, it should find it in the net and download it. Do anyone have any good tutorials on this?
