What is this? (Maybe libSVM?) PLEASE HELP!

I had this program that would analyze an image and then output the image into readable text.


Problem is the images have changed slightly so it outputs the wrong text.

Judging by the files it reads from the program can be retrained for the new images.

If I knew what tools I need to retrain this I would be set...if anyone could help me that would be great!

I included a screenshot below so maybe one of you can identify what type of files it reads from and how I can train this all over again!
