It's easy: know the "Browser" form that appears when you create a new form? Create it to see how the WebBrowser control works and use it.

It's as simple as:

wbBanner.NavigateTo "http://www.yoursite.com/bannerads/ad1.htm"

To open any links in a new browser window, see in the form I told you how it handles new windows, in the event that happens when you click a link (if it's not there I can give it to you when I get home).
