If you go to run and type "scandisk /?", this is what you will get:
For information about the command-line supported by ScanDisk for Windows, look up 'checkin for error, in disks' in the Window Help index. Then view the topic 'Checking your disk for error every time your computer starts.'
When you run ScanDisk in Windows, it doesn't seem to support any command lines.

Its just I'm making a program for my college that does the jobs like deleting tmp files temporay internet files etc things like that. I just need the scan disk part and I want the user to be able to change the options in it.

try using Shell that may work
