[RESOLVED] Email Issue [Help Needed]

Good day all, i have an issue with sending email to a particular email address.

when i send email from my web page to this particular email address, it does not get delivered, but the CC and BCC gets delivered.

i also try using this email address as the CC it still does not get delivered.

but when i send from Yahoo to this emaill address, i delivers well.

what could be possibly wrong???

and pls note that there are no filter rules for this email address, also the web page am sending the email from is also on the same domain as the email address.

i even created another email address on the same domain(trying to see if the problem is the former email address), it still wont deliver.

Update,
i sent the same email message to another email address(on my domain), it delivered.

but i still don't know what could possibly be the problem with the client's domain.

pls help

did you ask him to check bulk folder?
coz it must be there in the bulk folder.

Yep...they are blocking the domain in question for some reason.

There are some mail providers and won't deliver email from VBF.

thanks all, its now working fine.

i initially had the script(that sends the email) on my website, but after i uploaded to the client's website the email went straight into the email address.

but am curious as to why the email did not get sent before...its a weird behaviour.
