Im looking for a firewall program for my pc, price is not an issue, and i dont want some dumbed down ****, and i need control over ALL ports on my pc with high functionality!!!
Any body got any suggestions?
BTW: Whats the difference between using software and there hardware firewalls?
And pukem, im not worried about you coz your just so good a firewall wont stop you

I like BlackIce.... it's absolute crap at stopping anything, but it warns you about everything, so you can disconnect or something before it's too late.
I've heard at guard is really good.

I heard BlackIce is a moaning peice of s*** but thats wat im looking for, but i want somit which will handle it whilst im away from my pc.

I don't like BlackIce because, as mentioned before, it doesn't stop anything, just flashes a little thing in the tray like Icq. I use ConSeal firewall and I like it because you can manually edit rules or make your own, it comes with predefined rulesets according to your connection (modem, boradband, etc.), and when there is traffic you get a dialog box that you can see instead of a little tray icon... but that's just my opinion.
