novell passwords

i am trying to create a custom screensaver for the users at my place of work.

what we need is a password protected screensaver, that uses the novell password of whoever is logged onto the machine at that time.

is this possible using VB

I'm not sure if there's anything natively available, (I haven't got a Novell Server to Test With), but in the Past I have used Novlib which is incredibly easy to integrate into VB using their DLL, you can virtually rewrite a whole Novell Front End.

I realize it may be a little overkill for this particular question, but if you plan to develop for a Novell Network it may be worth your while.
