Unable to run report

Hi,
I built a Crystal Report (version 7) to be called from a Visual Basic 6 application and the database is an oracle database. The report runs fine for me, but on the client machine, it always comes back with an error as follows:

The following error has occurred:

Procedure: RunReport - 20709 - E

"RunReport" is the name of the VB procedure where this report is invoked. The client sent me their database and I can run the report on the same database without any problem. It just wont work on their site.

While installing the report, the Wise Installation also installs the following files in the same folder where the VB executable exists.
Crpaig32.dll (ver 5.0.0.2)
Crpe32.dll (7.0.100.39)
crystl32.ocx (6.0.0.607)
Implode.dll

Has anybody seen this error before?
Any ideas as to what I should be looking for?

Try making a Setup package using the P&D that come with VB6
