Hi,

although my PC tells me that ActiveSync connection to WinCE device(Single Board Computer) is ok, when trying to debug, VB 2005 tells me that device is not connected.

I had some trouble before to establish an AnctiveSync-connection at all, only after I received a serial cable from the SBC-manufacturer, and not like it was described that the assistant to set up a partnership would start automatically when the PC detects a WinCE device.

I use a serial-to-USB converter on my laptop. Can this cause trouble?
