Where can I find out what this error message means?
One of my users of my software got an error after installing the software.
library:RegisterTypeLib failed:code Ox8002801C
Error accessing the OLE registry
What does this mean? How can I fix this?

What OS is he running? Sounds like it could be one of those errors you might get when trying to access something that requires you to run the application as administrator.

Goggle provides no returns at all on: library:RegisterTypeLib failed:code Ox8002801C
Can you get them to send you a screen shot of the exact error message?

That tells me that something was not properly registered...
How did you install your software?
Did you provide your users with complete installation package or supplied them only with the executable?
