    You can send to multiple users already though, I know in 3.6.x versions of vBulletin they have the Bcc option but this is much to old, unless there is a plugin or something.

    Yes, 3.6.x does have the new BCC option for sending PMs. Its probably going to be some time still before we get upgraded to it as JM still has a couple of forums to upgrade to 3.5.7. Once that is done Im sure testing and evaluations will be done on the 3.6.x version andif all is fine we will get another round of upgrades.
