Where are you getting this from?? is it A DLL, a software package or what? Chances are it's part of Crystal reports.

Crystal 6
Crystal 6 is a version of crystal reports , but a very early version. Version 8 is already available with more valued functions etc.

Use DataDynamic's ActiveReports instead!

Seagate Crystal Reports 7 or 8 is much more powerfull than microsoft data report.

I agree,
But I was talking about DataDynamic's ActiveReports. Much more friendlier to use (and in some ways more powerful) than Crystal.

FYI, DataDynamic admitted that ActiveReport is not going to work on VB.NET.
substring.

Yeh, well,
I'm sure the same applies to the Crystal Report design component addin as well.
They'l just have to come up with a new version for VB.NET (as I'm sure they will).
