Pretty much...the justice department is after the company, and the guys house is almost exactly the same (gadget wise). And hes a billionare. The campus almost resembles Microsofts (what I've seen of it)

that was a damn good movie...

it was about a software company becoming a monopoly, they bought out all the major ISP's, and broadcasting stations, they are trying to create S.Y.N.A.P.S.E. which is a system of satelites that, equipped with the proper software, will be able to establish connections with any 2 communication devices in the world(Palms, Cell phones, etc), and it's not only voice and text.. it's video...

I won't tell anymore because then I'll give away the ending.. but I recomend you see it...
