    Does anyone know whether it is possible to send an ICQ message using VB? I think there should be an address and a port to connect to
    using TCP or UDP

    Hey-There is a set of ICQ api's that you can download off www.icq.com (try searching for API), that contains a function to send a msg,though off hand im not sure you can do it in vb (they're written for c++) i assume you can....

    you could always use an ocx and send email to [email protected]
    tho it would come up as a web message.
