    Cool can USB be programmed using directx ?

    Hi, I'm trying to program the USB to read data from a device

    do I need to know the device address?

    and how will I get this address?

    Your device will come with its drivers and APIs. You will need to reference and use those DLLs in order to understand the data being sent/received.
