 [RESOLVED] Linux Creation Time
Alright before anyone comdemns me for asking this question, I am not planning on making my own, I know I am not good enough, but about how long does it take to make a version of linux like dsl or ubuntu, etc.
Haikus are easy.
But sometimes they don't make sense.

Compiling itsself takes several days. Writing would take... years?

Of course, installing a premade distribution doesn't take several days. It usually takes less time than windows does to install if its alll coming from a local source like a dvd.
