Voice Recognizition Browser Help

I am actuly trying to do something with vb but i don't know how to code it
So Please any one could help me with this project pm me or just post replay here
Project Feauters

1 - a multi language web browser
2 - a voice recognizing web browser (automaticly type adress in adress bar , recive commands and dictation feauters )
3 - communcation browser sending and reciving mail using POP and SMTP
4 - sending file and reciving it
5 - Maybe (Chat) (Messenger)
6 - playing games online with friends and family
7 - a lot of skins to choose
