[SWF]inserting a video file
hi guyz,
long time no post, i've just been busy for sometime now thats why.
pls i need to know how to go about inserting a video file into a flash movie and when the flash loads, it shows a progress bar thats says loading.this progress bar will only finish loading when the video is fully loaded(i.e it doesn't have to buffer for a very long time as that is annoying you know ;-)
this flash file will also contain some introductory texts.
and i also know that some optimizing will put to work here.
Thanks
