Has anyone ever tried to get online tech support of product solutions from the microsoft web page? Its horrible! The pages are so confusing. I never know where to go or what to click on. Whats your opinion?

I always go to http://msdn.microsoft.com/search
I usually find my answers there, that searches MSDN and the knowledge base, among other places, and I usually find what I need. I have almost always found my answer there, and compared to other vendors, the MS online support is great. It is, however, difficult to filter thru because of all that stuff.....

I've sent many questions to msdn...and once I got an answer!!! They said "Thank you for your question. We are forwarding it to the proper tech for a response". Days later I received another response "Thank you for your question. Please use MSDN Online to find information on your question. If you have any more questions please email them to us"!!!
