[RESOLVED] Cannot rate the user
my problems solved with the helps of this user, So Why I cannot rate this user? I have rate him before this on other thread, so when I create other thread, He also help me solve my problem.When I try to rate him again, I got this message. I always got this message every time I want to rate the same user on other thread.

You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to Hell-Lord again.
How to solve this problem?

See the Reps and Ratings link in my signature. You need to rep at least 6 other members before you rep a previous member again.

It's to stop people from continually rating the same people over and over again to "cheat" the system.
