    hey i'm just looking for books that help learn dsSocket or winsock but i hear dsSocket is better not sure sence i am new any suggestions or help ? or should i use inet control i just need to get info from web sites and such

    I'm not sure of exactly what you're looking for. But there is a quite good tutorial (only basic) about winsock on http://www.vbweb.co.uk Look under Tutorial | Internet programming to find it.
