I've got an Active X EXE installed using a CAB file and suddenly it's coming up as unsafe even when marked safe..

I've been running my software for some time without problems
and suddenly have hit a the same one without any sign of why the problem is
happening - I'm completely baffled and am searching around for someone who might
have a clue
