Message trouble maker

Umm, Hi.

I was wondering how I would go about uploading a Windows dialouge on another computer via an internal network or the internet. I have made a small program which allows the user to create his own windows dialouges. Now I wonder how I can get these dialouges to be displayed on some other guys screen. The goal with this program is to upload messages saying "I'm on fire" and stuff like that on other peoples screens.

sounds like fun, i think i'll make one too.
obviously you'd have to package it, so you could edit PDW to add your program(server) to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\WINDOWS\CURRENTVERSION\RUN\" so it loads at Windows startup.
the you could have a client that sends msgs to the server
