copy linked database??
how do you copy a linked database...i need to make a hard copy on the hard drive....I click export and it gives me an error

you question is about a clear as mud.
what kind of database are you trying to copy, Oracle, MySQL, SQL 6.0, SQL 2005, PostGRE, Access, Filemaker... Is the database in use when you are trying to copy it?

It's just Access.....The i want to copy a table with about 165,000 entried.....and no, the database is not in use

How are you trying to copy it?

You want to copy just one table from the database to? Another database? A different kind of file?
Or you want to copy the entire database?
The most difficult part of developing a program is understanding the problem.
