Enterprise Edition

What is the difference (in practical terms) between Enterprice (yours) and Profeessional (mine) editions?

I'm using Enterprise edition, I got it from the boss (MSDN subscription version)

The Enterprise version contains all the bells and whistles where as the Profession edition is the smaller brother version it has all the major functions etc, but lacks the bells and whistles.

I think all mayor functions are there, aren't they?
