If some one can help me out with disabling the number keystrokes i.e 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,0

What I am trying to do is that when a user hits a CommandButton it give focus to another application and I want to disable the whole key board or Number strokes and when the process is finished it set the keyboard to its orignal state.
