i'm thinking of developing this for my final year project in uni.
its basically a webpage where lecturers are able to access and play educational videos in classrooms.

i. what i would like to know is, if i were to store videos on a web server, can i access it on a computer using IE? or do i need additional software installed on the web server?

ii. if i were to develop a nanny recruitment system instead, how will it provide benefits to a company (which can be made up)?
