Hi I am trying to open up some source code i got from the net and every time i try to open up the forms i get the error message
"File in binary format can't open"
how can i open this file
i have access to VB4 PRO and VB6PRO
any ideas

Do you know what format the source code is in ? and what version of vb are you trying to use to open it ? is VB4 & 6 installed on the same PC ?

I think the form is in VB3 format
I have tried to open it with VB4 and VB6
(they are both on the same computer)

You'll have to open the files in VB3 and save them as text format.
You will then be able to open them in vb6

The only problem is I don't have a copy of VB3, is there any other way
