My problem is that I get sometimes randomly an error which says:

Unable to load DLL 'xxxxx': A dynamic library (DLL) initialization routine failed. (Exception from HREULT: 0x8007045A)

Basically I have a C# code and consuming a unmanaged DLL (xxxx.dll). The unmanaged DLL in on the Bin directory of the web site. I have run Depends.exe and everything is ok. Like I said in the beginning I get that error sometimes and randomly (usually on the beginning of the day when I access the web site for the first time). Any help is appreciated.
